My name is Alexandra, and since I remember, I knew I wanted to create a life that was more than just living; a life filled with purpose, authenticity, and growth.
For the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to coaching and personal development, helping individuals and teams unlock their full potential.
Through my immersive programs, Mindset Immersions and The Heart Way, I’ve had the privilege of guiding hundreds on transformative journeys all over the world – Portugal, Bali, India and Sri Lanka.

My certification with Erickson Coaching International has been a cornerstone of my own personal transformation and my coaching approach. It inspires me daily to “change the world one conversation at a time” and to create a unique space where clients can truly flourish.
My life experiences, both personal and professional, have shaped my ability to connect deeply with clients and guide them through life’s challenges. With a focus on mindset, emotional intelligence, and heart-centered living, I empower individuals to navigate transitions, overcome obstacles, and live a life aligned with their true purpose.
Beyond my coaching expertise, I’ve also developed myself in areas like NLP Practitioner, Systemic Constellations, Emotional Intelligence, and Mindfulness. My previous background in engineering and 14 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and training have equipped me with a diverse perspective and a deep understanding of human behavior. This has enabled me to create a unique coaching approach, particularly within organizations, primarily focusing on sales teams and team development.

Luz Sessions
"We always arrive at the place where we are expected"
“LUZ” means LIGHT. It started to be an old train station located in the southern part of Portugal, in a little village nestled between the country side and the ocean: Luz de Tavira.
It also started to be our dream, the perfect metaphor for what we deeply value in life: simplicity, nature, freedom, love, crearivity, the imense power of growing by the interconection with other souls and other places. It took us years, huge amount of resilience, hard work and faith and, ultimatelly, the certainty that the Universe has our back.
LUZ is, in its own way, part of our HEARTWAY, of our story as individuals and as a family.
It is and, because of that, is becoming a place that is home for some of the HEARTWAY RETREATS and curated events where we invite friends, artists, writers, healers, and people from so different fields of life that are willing to share their unique journey, that are open to create a community of like minded people who inspire each other and make the world a better place.
